WRITE AND SHINE
SIX STEPS TO CONFIDENCE
in your own story
Make 2018 special by flexing your writing wings to record landmark moments in your life. It’s a creative way to feel good about who you are and how you’ve got here and boost your confidence to handle any challenges that come your way.
It’s a way to help you understand that yes, you ARE good enough to tackle whatever this year brings. That is, good enough to shine and thrive and also strong enough to OWN that lovely state of mind.
The world often gives us the message that we’re are not successful enough or ‘cool’ enough.
When you make your words welcome and let them flow, it’s amazing how your inner author comes out to give you support.
In this e-course you’ll receive emails from me every Monday for six weeks with prompts to help you pen short pieces about your life and times.
You’ll be able to tackle them with ease.
To start, you just find a nice, clean pad and a pen (or your keyboard), set a timer for 10 minutes and start writing.
Don’t say, ‘’but I can’t write to save myself”
Sure you can. All of us can scribble down the tough stuff we’ve handled with the aim of celebrating how we’ve come through.
What’s the benefit of writing about your wins?
Stop that ‘enough’ talk, right now.
Of course you are enough.
This ecourse is about taking time to realise it – time to carve out short spells in which to sit down and settle with your thoughts.
In signing up you’ll boost your writing confidence AND gift yourself feel-good space.
Make this time for you, and enjoy it.
An essential benefit: Join the secret Facebook page I’ll set up where you can share your stories with others doing the course (and only them), making this a rich community experience.

Thank you so much. You were one of the most loving and fun workshop/group leaders I have ever experienced….and I’ve been to a LOT of workshops and group experiences. Smile. – Julie Teetsov
Feeling safe to write some of my thoughts on paper and not feel criticised by anyone was such a blessing for me. I thoroughly enjoyed wonderful pieces from others, too. I know I was in exactly the right spot for me to grow in confidence for those times I am required to write something. – Beverley Jean.
I found It so much easier to write about others than about me, so I tried writing about myself in the third person – very interesting! I had some wonderful insights. It was a bit like meditation, where you become the “witness” of your own mind and thoughts. Lindsey, I’ve so enjoyed this course with you. – Annie Perkins
